Amanda Morelli recently completed her Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and is continuing her education with UConn in the Dual Degree Master's Program for an MBA and MSHRM. From Wolcott, Connecticut, she currently waitresses at an upscale restaurant in Southington, substitutes for her local school district, and is in the process of completing the introductory portion for a position in the Business Management sector. Over the years she has obtained professional experience in the retail, hospitality, and food service industry and is fortunate to have been able to witness, partake in, and contribute to the successful running of two family businesses. Amanda has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Waterbury Associated Student Government and Waterbury Business Society in addition to being an active representative for the Miss America Organization. This will be her second year as a student ambassador for the UConn iQ Program and she is looking forward to being able to help with another amazing Quest experience. Some of her interests include dancing, golf, cooking/baking, and traveling.
